Two years ago, I was laid up with pneumonia (for a week)!

This winter, for the very first time in my life, I have not experienced cold or flu symptoms.  I owe it all to the last twelve months — averaging three days per week — of Bikram Yoga.

My scoliosis is improving.  I stand up straighter now.  My depression is under control.  Life couldn’t be better!
