When we sleep well, we feel well — more alert, more energized, more everything!

Why?

Our minds and bodies are rejuvenating and revitalizing! … Well, almost.

Our bodies may be resting but our minds are processing, integrating, and solidifying new learning while we sleep (Dr. John Medina).  Great news for those who wish to be productive 24/7.

One NASA study shows that a 26-minute-nap can increase pilots’ productivity by 34 percent!
