What’s Your Favorite Exercise?

Mine? 

None. 

Love to be a fit couch potato.  Would trade this body with the young and the restless — in a heart beat! 

(Insecure?  Who?  Me?)

Keep dreaming.

Tried heat yoga for 18 months — in the 105 degree room.  Stretching and twisting for 90 minutes … definitely tested my strength, perseverance, and (in)sanity.

(Loved every minute.  Had to let it go though.  Injured myself beyond repair.)

I’m back to swimming.  Just twenty laps each day.

A 32 year study of more than 40,000 men ages 20 to 90 shows swimmers live longer than walkers and runners — by 50 percent !    

Swimming is highly aerobic, can be done year-round, and it’s low impact, meaning it doesn’t strain your lower joints as intensely as running and walking. (Full Story)
